• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

• Dubai: 1–2 Business Days

• Abu Dhabi: 2–3 Business Days

• Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain: 2–4 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across the UAE. Additional COD charges may apply if mentioned during checkout.
